Welcome to the consultation on the proposals for West Curve Care Home, named after the historic railway line which borders our site.
Our plans entail the delivery of a new 67 bed care home at Land to the North of Ely Sailing Club, off Prickwillow Road in Ely.
This development will help meet a local need, with there being both an undersupply of elderly care accommodation at present, and increased demand for elderly care accommodation in East Cambridgeshire in the future.
We are currently at the pre-application stage. We are seeking your views on the scheme before we submit a planning application to East Cambridgeshire District Council.
